The opioid epidemic has reached massive proportions in the United States and Canada. Around 110,000 people die of drug overdose in the United States and around 7,500 in Canada. The main culprit in overdoses is fentanyl - a synthetic opioid that is 50 times stronger than heroin 100 times stronger than morphine. Making sure drugs are not laced with fentanyl is of paramount importance for individuals consuming opioids. Their safety depends on it.

Safety Strips’ mission is to combat the opioid epidemic by providing reliable and accessible test strips, empowering individuals to make informed choices about their drug use, and ultimately saving lives.

Because the four sides are equal, the square represents proper structure, balance, logic, and order. Since we don’t have 90º angles, we remove the perception of sharp edges and achieve a feeling of welcomeness.

Double strips can represent two things: the idea of our main product, the safety strips; the two lines that show a negative result for fentanyl (or other substances).

The letter S represents our brand and the attributes that we stand for. It represents our individuality as a trustworthy, modern and exclusive brand.
